ENGEL INSERT 200H/50 injection moulding machine

ENGEL INSERT 200H/50 injection moulding machine was manufactured in 2007 in Austria. The machine with its small size and large capabilities is used for e.g. overmoulding of inserts and the joining of various materials such as glass, metal and electronics. Thanks to the combination of a clamping force of 50 tonnes and high-quality components, the injection moulding machine guarantees excellent quality of inserts and high repeatability.

The machine’s sturdy, solidly built construction features a convenient and easy-to-use ENGEL CC 200 CNC controller for entering all possible process parameters, such as mould clamping force and speed. Once the parameters have been entered, the two halves of the mould are precisely closed, after which the vertical injection moulding machine ENGEL generates a high clamping force. The mould cavity is carefully filled with plastic under high pressure using an injection system with a highly efficient screw.

Among the extensive equipment of the plastic injection moulding machine are e.g. a PIOVAN plastic feeder, a rotary table and a SIEMENS SIMATIC TOUCH PANEL operator HMI with touchscreen. The total weight of the machine is 6200 kg.
