ERFURT PKZZ 315 double column press

ERFURT PKZZ 315 double column press manufactured in 1984 in Germany is used for, among others, cutting, machining, bending and punching sheet metal and strip metal. Features such as the ability of extensive workpiece machining, a large work table and a 315-tonne operating slider make the crank press ideal for mass production of things such as washing machine parts, agricultural machinery or other types of vehicles.

The ERFURT mechanical press is also distinguished by its high-quality welded steel construction, ensuring excellent stability during the production process. The machine uses a slider with a beam ejector, which is adjustable within a range of 400 mm via a motor reduction gear with overload protection. In order to increase the life of the tools and the quality of the parts produced, the 2500 mm long and 1400 mm wide work table has been equipped with hydropneumatic cushions.

The equipment on the offered machine includes among others an electric stroke counter, a crank position indicator and light curtains for increased operator safety. The PKZZ I 315.1 H-type press weighs 60 tonnes.
