ERMAKSAN LASERMAK 4000.3 x 1.5 laser cutting machine manufactured in Turkey in 2010, uses a high quality 4 kW laser beam for precision cutting of mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium workpieces. The laser with a large work table and 5 axes (X,Y,Z,U,V) equipped with linear motors, offers its user maximum efficiency and productivity while maintaining low operating costs.

Equipping all axes with linear motors is intended to guarantee the high feed rate and maximum acceleration needed for high-volume machining. The ERMAKSAN laser cutting machine machines workpieces with a maximum weight of 1500 kg using a high-quality 4 kW laser beam. The laser beam, generated by a reliable FANUC C4000i-B resonator, reaches the PRECITEC HP 1.5″ cutting head with a very practical plug and play cartridge system for high-pressure cutting.

The LASERMAK CO2 laser is also equipped with an automatic pallet changer and the CAD/CAM software LANTEK EXPERT CUT with the option of saving machining parameters and calculating cutting time and costs. The total weight of the machine is 19500 kg.
