The ERMAKSAN LASERMAK 6000 6X2 laser cutter was produced in 2014. It is equipped with a CO2 GE Fanuc C6000i-Model C laser with a power of 6000 W and a wavelength of 10.6 μM. It enables processed sheets with a thickness of 25 mm (ordinary steel), 15 mm (stainless steel) or 12 mm (aluminum). The maximum size of the sheet to be cut is 2000×6150 mm, and the weight is 4000 kg. The laser gas consists of CO2, He and N2, and its consumption is about 20 l / h. Numerical control GE Fanuc series 31i-LB allows programming in five axes (X, Y, Z, U (X2), V). The machine is equipped with, among others, LANTEK CAD / CAM software and LASERMACH cutting head.
