ERNST EG3M deburring machine was built in 1988 in Germany. The surface machining of workpieces with a maximum thickness of 70 mm is performed “dry” by means of a burr-removing sanding roller installed in the machine and two brush rollers moving in the opposite direction intended for edge rounding. To prevent the workpiece from being drawn into the centre of the ERNST EG 3 M deburring machine, the sheet to be deburred is pressed onto the conveyor belt via a driven roller on slack bearings. The ERNST EG 3/M 1400 automatic deburring machine also allows the use of a magnetic belt to process smaller workpieces. The total weight of the deburring machine is 3500 kg.
