EUROMAC 220/6R corner notching machine

EUROMAC 220/6R corner notching machine was built in 1998 in Italy by Euromac S.p.A. The machine is designed for the precise notching of corners in sheet metal with a maximum thickness of 6 mm, ensuring high accuracy and repeatability of the machining. The machining is performed by means of high-quality blades made of high-speed steel (HSS). The automatic blade gap adjustment system enables the working parameters to be adapted to the type and thickness of the workpiece. A constant cutting angle is maintained thanks to a hydraulic blade locking system with 5 cylinders. This solution allows the selected cutting angle to be maintained throughout the entire working cycle and ensures the repeatability of the performed operations. The work table, in turn, features engraved millimetre graduations, which facilitate precise positioning of the material. The EUROMAC 220 6R corner notching machine weighs approximately 870 kg.
