FANGTAI FT 500-2 twin screw extruder

The FANGTAI FT 500-2 twin screw extruder was built in 1998. The machine consists of an extruder, auxiliary traction motor and electric bucket. The extruder is equipped with a screw and a material sleeve made of high-quality nitrided carbon steel. The screws of the twin-screw extruder are a screw with a diameter of 50 mm and a diameter of 65 mm. The screw is designed for four mixing heads, thanks to which it has a good plasticizing effect, high efficiency and low energy consumption. The machine operates with a heating power of 30 kW, and its capacity is 50-100 kg / hour. Depending on the screw used, the machine weighs 2800 kg (with a screw with a diameter of 50 mm) or 3000 kg (with a screw with a diameter of 65 mm).
