FARO EDGE 2.7 M coordinate measuring arm was built in 2014. The efficient and productive portable measuring arm verifies the quality of workpieces of any shape by measuring components in 2D and 3D with an accuracy of ± 0.017 mm. The mounted measuring head and the non-contact laser scanning function also allow for comparative analysis of individual components and assemblies with CAD files. The machine has been designed with convenience and ease of use in mind, as evidenced by the excellent weight distribution and balance maintained.
The FARO EDGE measuring machine consists of:
– a 2.7 metre long measuring machine with base plate and probe,
– battery and cables,
– a removable handle,
– a non-standard case (hard case).
