FCS SD-600MSV injection moulding machine was built in 2016 in Taiwan by FU CHUN SHIN MACHINERY MANUFACTURE CO., LTD. The machine is designed for the economic production of plastic parts of various colours, shapes and sizes. These parts are produced by injection moulding, which involves feeding plasticised plastic into a mould and then clamping it with high press force. A precision mould clamping system operating at a maximum force of 600 tonnes guarantees the achievement of high repeatability and quality of the parts produced. The entire production cycle is performed fully automatically. A SHINI robot and conveyor belt work together with the FCS SD-600 MSV. This solution enables the automatic collection and transport of finished moulded parts to collecting containers. The FCS SD 600 MSV injection moulding machine weighs 40 tonnes.
