FINN POWER F6 punching machine

FINN POWER F6 punching machine built in 2006 in Finland, is used in the process of fast and precise punching of holes in workpieces. The punching process is performed with a high pressing force of 30 tonnes, on a sheet metal measuring a maximum length of 3061 mm, a width of 1528 mm and a thickness of 8 mm. A wide range of high-quality machining of the workpieces is possible thanks to the turret head with 20 stations and the multitool head with 10 stations (1 idle) used on the machine.

During one minute, the FINN-POWER F6-25 sheet metal punching machine performs (depending on the selected mode) between 150 and 900 strokes per minute. Equipment offered with the punching machine includes a SIEMENS SINUMERIK 840D CNC controller for full control of the machine, a new waste conveyor belt and two pneumatic clamps. The machine has been maintained on an ongoing basis – oil and all filters were changed in 2021. The total weight of the machine is 13500 kg.
