FINN-POWER X5 turret punch press

FINN-POWER X5 turret punch press was built in 2006 in Finland by Finn-Power OY (now PRIMA INDUSTRIE S.p.A.). The machine is used for precision machining of sheet metal with a maximum thickness of 8 mm. The machining process is performed fully automatically by means of a reliable workhead, operating with a maximum force of 25 tonnes. Together with the head, a 20-station turret cooperates which enables a large number of tools of all sizes and types to be stored. The material feed, in turn, is carried out on a large brush table, which prevents scratches and scrapes on the workpiece surface and significantly reduces noise levels. All this is complemented by equipment, consisting of, among others, light curtains and tools.
