FQJ-1800 honeycomb board cutting machine was built in 2019 in China by SAN (QINGDAO) INTERNATIONAL TRADE CO., LTD. The machine is designed for cutting strips of honeycomb cardboard with a maximum thickness of 80 mm. The high cutting accuracy ensures repeatable dimensions of the elements, thus reducing material waste and increasing the efficiency of the production process.

Honeycomb board is characterised by high rigidity, low weight and resistance to compression. Thanks to these properties, it is used as a filling material for interior doors, as well as a protective material for goods during transport. The FQJ-1800 is equipped with three blades that provide a clean, even cutting without damaging the characteristic structure of the material. The adjustable cutting speed from 0 to 50 m/min enables the operating parameters to be adapted to the type of honeycomb board being cut, ensuring high-quality of the finished elements.
