FRANCE ETUVES XXL01 industrial furnace

FRANCE ETUVES XXL01 industrial furnace was manufactured in 2013. The furnace used in curing, polymerisation, coating, heating and drying of workpieces has a structure made of high quality steel with a 1000 litre capacity utility chamber. A large opening door allows for quick and easy loading of workpieces without weight limit into the chamber. The air from the top of the furnace is drawn in, heated to 200°C and blown out from the rear of the chamber onto the workpieces via an efficient ventilation system.

All of the furnace’s heating elements are ideally positioned in the airflow, guaranteeing fast and efficient heating. In the case of a malfunction, the fan and the heating process are automatically stopped. The machine is equipped with a PID control C3000 with functions such as real-time temperature display, start delay and cycle repeat. The total weight of the furnace is 500 kg.
