GARBOLI LPC 500 tube polishing machine

GARBOLI LPC 500 tube polishing machine was built in 2021 in Italy by BRUSA & GARBOLI srl. The machine is used for the precision surface treatment of straight and bent tubes made of among others stainless steel or aluminium, using a specially designed system for dry grinding. The system, which uses two opposing 1500 x 90 mm abrasive belts, guarantees an even surface finish without distortion, even when machining large pipe sizes. The intuitive control panel further significantly simplifies the process by allowing precise setting of the working parameters. Throughout its lifetime, the BRUSA DI GARBOLI tube grinding machine has been little used and has undergone regular servicing. The total weight of the machine is 455 kg.
