Gear hobbing machine WMW MODUL ZFWZ 1250/16

The gear hobbing machine WMW MODUL ZFWZ 1250/16 is used for processing gears and has a work table with a diameter of 1020 mm. The maximum diameter of the processed wheel is 1250 mm. Additionally, together with the milling machine, we offer: clamping mandrels, mounting plates, a set of variable wheels, complete DTR documentation with operating instructions and electrical diagrams, a platform for the operator and a chip conveyor. The milling machine was modernized in 2006 – the components of the control cabinet and control (variator) were replaced and SIEMENS components were installed. The machine is fully operational and ready to use.
