GERDA HYDOMAT PAWN 100 automatic press was built by GERDA HYDOMAT S.A. in Poland in 2001. The machine, with a high press force of 100 tonnes, is dedicated to the mass production of precision steel parts. All machining processes, i.e. precise stamping and threading of the workpieces, are performed fully automatically. The sheet metal feeder accurately feeds the material into the workspace, where the slider and reliable threading head are located. The design, which is made from the highest quality raw materials, in turn maintains the highest stability during even the most intensive challenges. The GERDA HYDOMAT hydraulic press weighs 5200 kg.
