HACO HSL 3006 guillotine shears

HACO HSL 3006 guillotine shears were produced in 2006 in Belgium. Machined metal sheet of 3050 mm maximum length and 6.5 mm maximum thickness is held by 18 hydraulic clamps. The hydraulic clamps holding the metal sheet are operated independently, allowing clamping workpieces of different lengths and thicknesses. The whole structure is made of fully welded sheet metal, making the machine practically indestructible.

On the body of the hydraulic guillotine shears is mounted an Haco SP8 NC controller with a control panel, allowing e.g. to set the drive of the rear bumper or to set the cutting length. Additionally the machine is equipped with a pedal for foot control, which makes the operator’s work much more comfortable and simple. The total weight of the guillotine shears is 6500 kg.
