HACO PPES 30135 5-AXIS CNC press brake

HACO PPES 30135 5-AXIS CNC press brake was built in 1991 in Belgium. The machine operating with a press force of 135 tonnes performs precision bending of workpieces with a maximum width of 3000 mm. Machining is performed in five axes, which are controlled numerically (Y1, Y2, X, R axes) and by voltage potentiometer (Z axis).

Among the extensive equipment on the press there is a CYBELEC DNC 60 CNC controller, DSP LASER light curtains to prevent entry of the operator into the working area and PROMECAM hydraulic top tool clamping. The press brake was continuously serviced and upgraded – during use, the control cabinet with four-axis controller was replaced and the machine’s upper pistons were reconditioned.
