HACO TSX 3012 hydraulic guillotine shears

HACO TSX 3012 hydraulic guillotine shears were manufactured in Belgium in 2008. The machine’s structure made of welded sheet metal maintains high stability, even during the most intensive work. Guillotine is fitted with high-quality cutting knives, which achieve excellent precision when cutting workpieces with a maximum thickness of 12 mm and a length of 3050 mm.

Two hydraulic cylinders with hardened and ground pistons drive the cutting bar guided by special roller bearings. The piston in the cylinder is connected to the cutting bar of the machine by hinged links. All functions, such as setting the cutting length or setting the back gauge stroke, are controlled by the easy-to-use HACO SC70 control system. The guillotine shears weight 8900 kg.
