HEBÖ STM-5VDZ wrought iron machine

HEBÖ STM-5VDZ wrought iron machine was manufactured in 2014 in Germany by hebö Maschinenfabrik GmbH. The machine is practically unused and fully functional. It was started up only for the purpose of testing, during which a single workpieces were produced.

The HEBÖ STM-5VDZ is an excellent choice for artistic blacksmithing workshops. It enables the efficient production of decorative elements, which are used, amongst others, in fences, balustrades and metal furniture. The standard HEBÖ STM5 unit is designed for twisting bars with a cross-section of 35×35 mm and a maximum length of 1250 mm. The continuous speed adjustment enables the machine’s operation to be precisely adjusted to the type of part being produced, whilst the 8 kW drive ensures stable operation even during the most intensive use. Thanks to additional attachments, it is possible to perform many different operations at a single workstation, which significantly improves production and increases its efficiency.

The offer also includes three additional attachments, which significantly extend the machine’s machining capabilities. The VDZ30 attachment is designed for the production of decorative baskets. It is equipped with a hydraulic system consisting of a cylinder, a pump and an oil cooler. The included tooling enables the production of baskets in many popular sizes without the need to purchase additional tools.

The HPG2B attachment is used to emboss decorative patterns onto flat bars, rods and profiles. It enables the creation of aesthetic ornaments and textures that enhance the visual appeal of the finished products. It consists of a double-driven embossing shaft, a ring connection system and high-precision straightening rollers.

The EAS3 attachment enables the production of decorative ends of bars and flat bars in the form of points and other decorative ends typical for artistic blacksmithing products. The equipment includes a set of forging rings and a material guide. All this makes the HEBÖ STM5 VDZ wrought iron machine with a set of attachments a complete solution for the production of decorative forged parts.
