Hermle C 800 V CNC vertical machining center

Hermle C 800 V CNC vertical machining center was built in 2001 in Germany. The milling center works in three axes, and the maximum X / Y / Z travels are respectively 800, 600 and 500 mm. The machine is equipped with Sinumerik 840D numerical control with a LAN cable to an external computer. In addition, the lathe is equipped with, among others: chip conveyor, magazine for 85 tools, rotary viewfinder and control cabinet air conditioner. The spindle rotates at a maximum speed of 14,000 rpm. The total weight of the milling center is 7 tons. The machine has replaced screws on the X and Y axes.
