HUARONG HRN-400 injection moulding machine

HUARONG HRN-400 injection moulding machine was built in 2008 in Taiwan by HUARONG PLASTIC MACHINERY CO., LTD. The machine is used in the economical production of plastic parts of various colours, shapes and sizes. These parts are produced by injection moulding, which involves feeding plasticised plastic into a mould and then clamping it with high press force.

To achieve the highest productivity and repeatability of the produced parts, the machine features a number of reliable solutions. These include, among others, a precision mould clamping system operating at a force of 400 tonnes and a potentiometer that accurately detects the position of the moulds. Deformation of the clamping platens, on the other hand, is minimised by specially designed tie-bars. A central lubrication system continuously lubricates all moving parts of the machine, which significantly extends the overall service life of the machine. The HUARONG HRN 400 injection moulding machine has so far worked together with the APEX robot, which is available for purchase at an additional price of € 7500 net.

The machine on offer is part of a larger EPS production line. It is also possible to purchase the entire technological line, consisting of the following components:
