IMA MEINERT roller conveyor

IMA MEINERT roller conveyor was built in 2020 in Germany by IMA Meinert. The machine is designed to transport sawn timber between successive stages of production. It enables the smooth movement of wooden elements between machining machines, sorting stations and storage areas without the need for manual handling.

The sawn timber is transported by a roller system, which provides stable support for the elements along the entire length of the machine. The conveyor system consists of a 6,8-metre-long roller conveyor and a roller turntable, which enables the change of movement direction. This solution improves the organisation of internal transport, maintaining the continuity of the production process. All this makes the IMA roller conveyor an excellent solution for increasing production efficiency in sawmills and woodworking plants.
