The IPG 4 KW laser welding machine with REIS RV 30-26 robot was built in 2010 by Reis Robotics in Germany. The laser welding station consists of: welding robot REIS RV 30-26 and fiber-laser IPG YLS-4000-CL. The robot has 6 axes with ranges of: ± 180° (axis 1), +70°/ -140° (axis 2), +150°/ -120° (axis 3), ±210° (axis 4), ±125° (axis 5) and ±360° (axis 6). Its maximum payload is 26 kg. The robot is equipped with a Rittal SK3336.059 liquid cooling unit, including an HLC-8 connector. The IPG YLS-4000-CL resonator produces a laser beam with a length of 15 m, a diameter of 300 µm and a total laser power of 4kW. The resonator is equipped with a diode punch, a control cabinet and water-air cooling.
