The IQM MICROSTEP SPLR 6001.25 Pr BEM 12 CNC plasma cutter was built by the Slovak company IQM s.r.o. in 2008. The machine cuts metal sheets of various thicknesses thanks to the rotary head with an inclination of ± 50 degrees. The thickness of the cut sheets is as follows – 25 mm if the burner is tilted 50 degrees, 35 mm if the burner is tilted up to 25 degrees, and 50 mm if the burner is tilted at zero. The working table used has a bridge structure with pneumatically opened sections, and its dimensions are (L x W) 6000 x 2500 mm. The plasma cutter is equipped with, among others: CNC MSNC 500 control, AsperWin software with AsperBevel module and Hypertherm HPR 130 plasma unit. The total weight of the R-SPLR 6001.25 PrBEM12I (G) plasma cutter is 5 tons.
