IZAN MAKINA IZFORM IZ5 roll forming line

IZAN MAKINA IZFORM IZ5 roll forming line was built in 2019 in Turkey by İzan Makina – İmalat İnşaat İç ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi. This line, distinguished by the use of the state-of-the-art technology available on the market, is designed for frame constructions. Its extensive machining capabilities allow for the precise, fully automatic forming of C- and U-type cold-formed profiles of various dimensions. These elements are used, among others, in partition walls and bathroom modules. The IZAN MAKINA IZFORM IZ5 profiling machine is offered with extensive equipment, including advanced BIM software and a sheet metal decoiler with a maximum capacity of 3 tonnes.

The IZAN MAKINA IZ5 rool forming machine is currently configured for the production of C75x1.2mm and C100x1.2mm profiles. The production cycle is performed by means of a reliable tool head with the following machining capabilities:
