JANUS VMC 1600 CNC vertical machining centre

JANUS VMC 1600 CNC vertical machining centre manufactured in Poland in 2011, is used for precision machining of workpieces with a maximum weight of 1200 kg. A wide sliding door provides easy access to the milling machine’s work area, inside which there is a table with dimensions (L x W) of 1750 x 600 mm, a 24-position tool head and a reliable spindle. The JANUS VMC1600 milling centre performs machining with exceptional precision and accuracy in three axes with feeds of 1600 mm (X axis), 700 mm (Y axis) and 650 mm (Z axis).

The installed FANUC Series 0i-MD CNC controller with all the necessary functions guarantees seamless operation of the machine and utilisation of its full potential and capabilities. The total operating time of the machining centre is just 6473 hours. The milling centre weighs approximately 10000 kg.
