JAZON SGA 3063 AHD surface grinding machine

JAZON SGA 3063 AHD surface grinding machine was manufactured in Poland in 2008. The grinding machine is a conventional machine used for grinding flat surfaces of workpieces made of metal. Workpieces with maximum dimensions (L x W x H) of 305 x 635 x 360 mm are processed on an electromagnetic table with a length of 305 mm and a width of 635 mm. The hydraulic drive of the machine’s work table allows continuous adjustment of the travel speed from 7 to 25 m/min.

The mounted ELBO Plano 2x digital readout with special vibration dampening function prevents the screen from flickering during machining, while its housing made of reinforced aluminium effectively protects against electromagnetic interference. The equipment includes among others a lubrication system, cooling system and workspace illumination. The total weight of the SG-3063AHD machine is 2800 kg.
