JONWAI JW-180SD injection moulding machine

JONWAI JW-180SD injection moulding machine was manufactured in 2010 in Taiwan. The plastic injection moulding machine works with moulds from 150 to 550mm high with a clamping force of 180 t. The installed screw has a diameter of 60 mm and rotates at a speed of 0 to 177 rpm, while the mould clamping plates are 720 mm long and 720 mm wide.

The JON WAI machine’s operation is controlled by a large, user-friendly and easy to operate control panel located on the body of the machine. The injection moulding machine is equipped with, among others, two blow-off valves and an interface to connect a EUROMAP 12 standard robot, making possible to perform a wider range of jobs. The total weight of the machine is 6700 kg.
