KAISER V 32 WH high-speed press built in 2006 in Germany allows fully automatic, high-precision machining of sheet metal with a maximum thickness of 4 mm. During the machining process, a reliable ZEHNDER & SOMMER feeder is used, which accurately feeds the sheet metal into the working space of the machine. At the same time, the slider is put into reciprocating motion by an eccentric (crankshaft) and two connecting rods, from the movement of an electric motor with mechanical transmission. The use of this solution ensures unprecedented speed and accuracy of sheet metal pressing, essential during mass production of various types of components. In addition, the KAISER V32 WH eccentric press has a vibration- and oscillation-resistant design, maintaining high stability during even the most intensive machining. The V 32-WH 32 t automatic press weighs 5500 kg.
