KELLER ScreenROTO 2 screen printing machine

KELLER ScreenROTO 2 screen printing machine was built in 2018 in Poland by KELLER poligrafia dla przemysłu Sp. z o. o. Sp. K. The machine is used in the printing industry to apply print to the surface of cylindrical parts with a maximum length of 150 mm. The screen printing is performed by the KELLER ScreenROTO 2 fully automatically. The workpieces are fitted into the holders of the rotary table by means of conveyors and manipulators. The work table rotates two positions at a time, transferring them to the following deionisation, surface activation, printing and UV drying stations. Once the cycle is complete, the parts are ready to be picked up on outfeed conveyors.

The KELLER screen printing machine is distinguished by a range of modern components from renowned brands, which guarantee high productivity over many years of intensive use. The offer also includes extensive equipment, consisting of, among others, an advanced control system, a UV lamp system for print curing and a vision system. The total weight of the machine is 1750 kg.
