KIMLA BLACKBIRD 1520 CNC milling machine

KIMLA BLACKBIRD 1520 CNC milling machine, built in Poland in 2019 is a high-quality machine with an indestructible design, providing efficient machining of exceptional quality and precision. By default, the machine is equipped with a head with an oscillating knife, which allows cutting among others leather, cardboard and foam of different thicknesses. After replacing the head with e.g. a milling head, the machine extends the machining possibilities to other materials.

Machining is performed on a large 2-function work table with a length of 2000 mm and a width of 1500 mm, consisting of a vacuum table top and a T-slot table. During cutting, the material is held rigidly on the working area by a BECKER fan (vacuum table) or by special accessories (T-slot table). The machine is equipped with, among others, additional cutting knives and a computer with special software. The KIMLA CNC router weighs 1000 kg.
