KT7 CNC KVPG 150-300 VOLCUT plasma cutting machine was built in 2020. This extremely powerful machine is the perfect choice for precision cutting of workpieces with a maximum thickness of 50 mm. This is all due to the use of a number of innovative technologies that significantly improve the production processes with maximum ease of operation.
The sheets are machined on a water or other coolant-filled water table by means of two torches (an oxygen torch and a plasma torch). Each torch is equipped with a special TSC (Torch Sensor Control) double-basing system, which protects them from accidental damage. Machining under water in turn eliminates the need for filtration systems, as well as undertaking further secondary processes, i.e. grinding. Furthermore, in order to prevent rust, the KVPG 150-300 VOLCUT plasma-oxygen cutting machine has a fully galvanised design.
The VOLCUT 150-300 plasma cutting machine is offered with, among others, CAM software in Polish and an intuitive PLC control. The total weight of the machine is 820 kg.
