LABOREX R-12 RVS-W/E-MR rotary basket washer

LABOREX R-12 RVS-W/E-MR rotary basket washer was manufactured in 2024 in Belgium by Laborex B.V. The machine is designed for the automatic cleaning of workpieces, machine parts or tools contaminated with oil, grease and other contaminants. Thanks to its high cleaning efficiency and repeatability, it is used in tool shops and production facilities when preparing components for further manufacturing processes or quality control.

The cleaning process takes place in a closed work chamber equipped with a rotary basket with a maximum load capacity of 500 kg. The components placed inside are set in motion, whilst a spray system comprising a system of high-pressure nozzles sprays a heated cleaning agent onto the surface of the components from multiple directions simultaneously. This solution ensures uniform and effective removal of contaminants, even in hard-to-reach places.

The LABOREX R-12 RVS-W/E-MR stands out for its robust design made from high-quality stainless steel and its ease of use. The operator’s work is limited to placing the parts into the basket and setting the temperature and cleaning time on the control panel.
