LANDIS 3SE CNC grinding machine

The LANDIS 3SE CNC grinding machine built in England in 2001, is used for grinding the journal diameter adjacent to the face and bevel on 4-cylinder crankshafts. The grinder processes crankshafts with a maximum length of 750 mm and a diameter of 250 mm, and its operation is controlled by a Landis CNC 6400 numerical control. The grinding wheel installed in the machine can have a diameter of 500 mm and a length of 20 mm, while the spindle rotates approximately 5000 times per minute.
