All four rollers are driven by a reliable high-torque system comprising hydraulic motors and planetary gears. The drive, which is set on the same axis as the rollers, ensures that all power is transferred to the sheet metal without any loss of productivity, making it possible to bend batches of material with fewer steps. The electronic PLC balancing system further prevents deviations in the position of the rollers relative to each other, ensuring that they are guided parallel. The independent inclination of the bottom roller and the side rollers also makes the SBM 160X2100 plate rolling machine the ideal solution for precise rolling of cones. The side rollers are connected to the machine body by hydraulic pistons that move up and down in a straight line. The MAC BENDING 4-roll plate rolling machine weighs 4000 kg.
