MADORA GP1000-ZZ deburring machine was built in 2022 in Poland by MADORA Sp. z o.o. This machine is capable of performing two sheet metal deburring operations at the same time, thanks to the use of two ‘Z’ type oscillating-rotating units. Each unit has 9 machining discs, working on the principle of rotation combined with right/left oscillation. These discs are designed for, among others, descaling, deburring and edge rounding, oxide removal and workpiece polishing. All machining parameters, i.e. workpiece height, feed rate and disc speed, are programmed via the TFT touch-screen panel. The GP1000-ZZ deburring machine has only been in operation for 24 hours to date. The total weight of the machine is 2200 kg.
