MAKTEK VM 400 CNC vertical machining center

MAKTEK VM 400 CNC vertical machining center was built in 2015 in Poland by MAKTEK Jerzy Zalewski (currently CORMAK). The machine is suitable for both unit and series production, particularly for manufacturing components requiring high precision and repeatability. It enables precise milling, threading and drilling of workpieces using a reliable spindle. The spindle, driven by a high-power motor, reaches a maximum speed of 4000 rpm. It cooperates with an automatic, 10-position tool magazine, streamlining the subsequent machining operations. The rigid design of the MAKTEK VM 400 CNC milling machine ensures stable operation even during intensive use. The machine is equipped with a SIEMENS SINUMERIK 808D MILLING CNC controller with an intuitive interface. The VM400 CNC machining center weighs 1850 kg.
