The MAZAK OPTIPLEX 3015 FIBER II 6kW laser was built by the Japanese Yamazaki Mazak Corporation in 2016. The high-performance fiber laser with a power of 6 kW is used for cutting sheets of metal with maximum dimensions (L x W) 3050 x 1525 mm and weight up to 930 kg.
The laser cutting machine cuts at a speed of 120 m/min (in the X and Y axis) or 60 m/min (Z axis) workpieces with a maximum thickness of 25 mm (steel), 20 mm (stainless steel) and 10 mm (aluminium). The laser cutting machine is equipped with MAZATROL PREVIEW 3 CNC control, pallet changing system and DONALSDON Torit DCE smoke extraction system. The machine has worked a total of 16415 hours.
