MAZAK QUICK TURN NEXUS 100MS CNC turning center was built in 2006 by the Japanese corporation YAMAZAKI MAZAK CORP. The machine, designed for precision machining of workpieces with a maximum diameter of 280 mm, is distinguished by the use of reliable components which offer high precision and productivity. These include a high-speed 12-position turret and two spindles (main spindle and sub-spindle). In addition, the integrated spindle and motor design minimises vibration during high-speed operation, resulting in exceptional workpiece surface quality.
