The MAZAK QUICK TURN NEXUS 150-II CNC lathe with a gantry loader was built by the Japanese Yamazaki Mazak Corporation in 2008. The lathe is equipped with a 152 mm chuck and a 15 kW spindle with a maximum speed of 5000 rpm. The feeds in the X / Z / W axes of the machine are 190, 315 and 325 mm, respectively. The CNC lathe enables processing of details with a diameter of up to 330 mm and a length of up to 285 mm. The machine worked in total 17234 man-hours.
