MAZAK SUPER TURBO X510 MK III laser

MAZAK SUPER TURBO X510 MK III laser was built in 2011 in Japan. The laser cutting machine is used for the cutting sheet metal made of mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium, having a maximum length of 3050 mm, width of 1525 mm, height of 22 mm and weight of 805 kg.

The fully reconditioned YB-L250A 8M laser source with a power of 2.5 kW, combined with the MAZATROL Preview CNC controller, cuts workpieces at a maximum speed of 15 m/min which guarantees the best quality and precision of the cut pieces. All the functions of the cutting machine are controlled via a large and touchscreen control panel located on the body of the machine. The laser cutting machine has worked for a total of around 42000 hours and has a total weight of 12700 kg.
