MECAL MC 309 NIKE DPM aluminium profile machining center was built in 2016 in Italy. The machine, distinguished by its large loading zone with a movable work station, performs precision drilling and milling of profiles either on a single work area or inside two separate work areas. The work table is an additional axis and can be positioned at any angle within a range of ± 90° directly by the CNC control.

During the machining process, the workpieces are clamped using 4 pneumatic clamps which are moved on the motorised work table. In the case of full-length machining, it is possible to open the ends of the machine to allow the machining of workpieces longer than the Z axis.
