MIKRON VCE 1000X PRO CNC machining center

MIKRON VCE 1000X PRO CNC machining center was manufactured in 2012 (launched in 2013) in Switzerland by Mikron Agie Charmilles AG. The machine is designed for the precision machining of workpieces made of, among others, steel, cast iron and aluminium. The combination of a stable design and high-quality components guarantees the best machining results. This makes the CNC milling machine ideal for use in production plants, both for unit and series production.

Workpieces are machined by means of a efficient spindle with a maximum speed of 16000 rpm, which ensures fast and precise cutting of the material. The process is further streamlined by a 40-position tool magazine, which minimises machine downtime during operation. Inside the fully illuminated work space, there is a large worktable with T-slots designed for the easy mounting of workpieces and fixtures.

The MIKRON VCE 1000X PRO is operated via the advanced HEIDENHAIN iTNC 530 CNC controller. The installed control system offers an intuitive interface and extensive machining programming capabilities. All this is complemented by a comprehensive range of equipment, which includes, among others, the RENISHAW OMI-2 optical interface and an efficient cooling system. The VCE 1000X PRO CNC vertical machining center weighs 6500 kg.
