MTP PBH 125×3200 CNC hydraulic press brake

MTP PBH 125×3200 CNC hydraulic press brake was built in 2016 in Poland by Metal Technics Polska s.c. The machine is used for the precision bending of sheet metal with a maximum width of 3200 mm. It is used in the production of, among others, machine parts, profiles and structural elements. The high press force of 125 tonnes, combined with a stable design, ensures repeatable sheet metal bending even during intensive operation.

The MTP PBH 125×3200 is equipped with front supports that facilitate material positioning. The machining parameters are programmed using the ESTUN E21 CNC controller with an intuitive interface and access to many necessary functions. Operator safety is increased by light curtains protecting the work area, which are characterised by a very short response time. The PBH 125×3200 CNC press brake weighs 8400 kg.
