NAN-JHIEH NJ-150VM EPS/EPE styrofoam moulding machine

NAN-JHIEH NJ-150VM EPS/EPE styrofoam moulding machine was built in 2008 in Taiwan by NAN-JHIEH ENTERPRISES CO. LTD. The machine is designed for the efficient production of various types of polystyrene parts, such as coffers, stucco, packaging inserts and food containers (lunchbox, thermobox, menubox etc.). The polystyrene is processed by means of special moulds that give the component the desired shape. These moulds are interchangeable so the machine can be adapted to different production profiles. A press force of up to 35 tonnes, combined with an extremely rigid design, ensure the achievement of high repeatability and quality of the components produced.

The NAN-JHIEH NJ-150VM polystyrene moulding machine is currently configured for the production of expanded polystyrene (EPS) building blocks. Polystyrene building blocks are used in the building industry as lost formwork. Once a wall is built, the polystyrene building blocks are poured with concrete, while the polystyrene automatically acts as insulation for the building. We have five of these machines for sale. The price on offer is for one unit. A platform on which the machines are located is available for purchase at a price of € 12 500 net.
