NAN-JHIEH NJ-900QE polystyrene pre-expander

NAN-JHIEH NJ-900QE polystyrene pre-expander was built in 2008 in Taiwan by NAN-JHIEH ENTERPRISES CO. LTD. The machine is used in the pre-foaming of polystyrene, which is the first stage in the production of styrofoam boards. The raw material in the form of granules is subjected to high-temperature steam, which causes it to increase in volume several times. The result is expanded polystyrene EPS in a spherical form with a number of valuable properties, such as insulation, durability and flexibility of use. The NJ-900QE EPS pre-expander weighs 2800 kg.

The machine on offer is part of a larger EPS production line. It is also possible to purchase the entire technological line, consisting of the following components:
