NAWARA RUBIN 2020/1/3000 industrial air filtration system was built in 2020. The machine designed to filter the air from sawdust, wood dust and other pollutants maintains a clean and safe working environment in any industrial facility. All components meet the ATEX standard and are 100% galvanised to prevent weathering. The special positioning of the fan, combined with the innovative filter bag regeneration technology, furthermore provides the possibility of uninterrupted operation around the clock, without having to shut down the machine.
The first stage of regeneration is carried out using a mechanical-pneumatic method and the second stage using compressed air. The filtration area is 150 m² and is divided into two areas, which means that each area is about 75 m². In both stages of filtration, air flows through both areas in turn.
Dust is removed from the filter chambers by means of a vibration system and compressed air, which effectively cleans the filter bags. The machine also has a safety system that includes, among others, ATEX gate chambers and an extinguishing system with spray nozzles.
The NAWARA industrial filtration unit consists of the following components:
