NISSHINBO HTP-1000 CNC turret punching machine

NISSHINBO HTP-1000 CNC turret punching machine was manufactured in 1997 in Japan. The machine has a pressing force of 22 tons, which allows the sheet to be punched with a maximum thickness of 6 mm. It is equipped with a table with dimensions of 1250×1000 mm. The ram performs 400 strokes per minute with a size of 50 mm. The press has a revolver magazine, in which we can place 24 pieces of tools. The entire numerical control was replaced with a new one, and the replacement cost is PLN 50,000.
