NOWO NOWOROLL ball fibre machine was built in 1998 in Finland by NOWO Textile Machinery. It is an extremely advanced system designed for the efficient production of polyester fibre balls made of polyester fibre with a length of 32 mm. The fibre ball is an excellent filling for bedroom cushions, furniture pillows, plush toys and other textile products. It is also an ideal ingredient for creating blends with polyurethane foam.
The production process begins with careful weighing and opening of the polyester fibre. The fibre prepared in this way is transported by a fan through a piping system with a humidification system directly to the balling module. Here, the process of twisting the fibre into a ball is performed. The finished polyester fibre balls fall into a chamber from which they are extracted by a bagging machine, which packs the product in polypropylene bags. The NOWOROLL ball fiber machine weighs 3500 kg.
The fiber ball production line is fully complete and consists of the following components:
– feeding unit
– fiber opener
– transport fan
– piping
– balling module
– bagging machine with fan
